20世紀半ばの英語圏において、チベットの瞑想や儀礼がどのように説明されたかを知ることができる重要な1冊。

Tibetan Yoga examines Tibetan religious practice through chapters on breathing and meditation, yogis, the art of dying, deities, initiation, magic, ritual, art, and the relation between mind and body. It includes a frontispiece of Padmasambhava, four further illustrations, and an index. This copy is the First Paperback Edition published in 1979.
