チベットのボン教僧Shardza Tashi Gyaltsenによる、ボン教のゾクチェン実践を予備修行からPhowaとBardoまで段階的に説いた修行文献。1993年に刊行された英語版初版（ペーパーバック）。
本書はShardza Tashi Gyaltsenの教えをもとに、Lopon Tenzin Namdakが英訳と注釈を施したもの。英訳は1991年にカトマンズ渓谷の僧院で本文を教授する過程で進められ、Richard Dixeyが編集を担当した。第一部では予備的実践、第二部ではTrekcho、第三部ではTogel、第四部ではPhowaとBardoの実践を扱う。巻末には虹の身体、ボン教小史、Lopon Tenzin Namdakの伝記、図版、Per Kvaerneによる文献解説を収める。165頁からはチベット語本文を掲載している。

Heart Drops of Dharmakaya presents the Dzogchen teachings of Shardza Tashi Gyaltsen in four parts, with translation and commentary by Lopon Tenzin Namdak.
