Edited by Leonard Woolf, this volume gathers extracts from Virginia Woolf's diaries concerning her writing, works in progress, books she read, and observations of people and scenes. The entries are arranged chronologically from 1918 to 1941 and are accompanied by a glossary of names, a chronological bibliography, and an index. Seventh impression, 1975.
